Using a multi-gym is easy as most of the weight lifting exercises that you can do come from the same set of weights, this is very clever as it means that you only have to have one set of weights and only have to alter the amount of weights you use once. They usually have a stack of weights at the back of the multi-gym. So you simply then have to choose how man weights you wish to lift. If you were to choose six weights you would then choose the sixth weight form the top and push the pin through that weight. So with this setting you would be lifting six weights and all of the weights below that remain where they are, this is great as it makes it very easy to change the amount of weights that you wish to lift and it also means that you do not have to add and remove weights.
When buying a multi-gym space is very important as the can be very large so you need to make sure that you have space for it before you buy. They also require home assembly and some in many parts so you have to be able to assemble the multi-gym, this is quite easy though as they have detailed instructions. You may also have to order spare parts through as they have detailed instructions. When using the multi-gym it is best to start on a light weight and build up, it also helps to count how many repetitions you do so that you can keep track of how you are doing. You can work out a nice routine for your self of the different weight lifting exercise that you wish to do and you should think of this as a set, this can include 10-20 lifts of each weight lifting exercise and you can then count how many sets you do in your work-out and try to improve on this over time. You can also improve by gradually increasing the weight that you are lifting but be careful with this, if you go too far you could injure yourself so make sure you are comfortable with the weights you are lifting.
